does this bike sound like a good deal please advise

2007 Raleigh Sport road bike for sale. 59cm, I'm 6'2" with a 33" inseam and it fits great. Stock except for Shimano 105 brakes, Cannondale stem, and XeroLite wheelset. Bike has normal wear and tear plus a few bigger scratches on the fork - nothing that is into the metal. No pedals. Roughly 1500 miles on the bike.

I will put the stock brakes and wheels (Alex DA16) back on and sell for $375



and if it is a decent deal, should i buy it with the brakes and rims or let it go back to stock,

375.00 is to much for that bike stock. It listed new 5 years ago for 500.00. With that said 200.00 would be a fair price.
