Double Chocolate Brownies
Double the chocolate, double the pleasure!
1 1/3 cup melted butter 2 cups granulated sugar
2/3 cups powdered sugar 4 eggs 1 1/3 cups flour
3/4 cup cocoa 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Melt butter over low heat, Do not let it bubble. Mix sugar and cocoa in a large mixing bowl. Add
melted butter and stir until completely mixed. Add eggs and mix thoroughly. Add flour and chocolate
chips into brownie mixture. Don't over mix! Pour batter into a 9X13 inch greased baking pan and bake
at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool at least 1 hour before cutting. (Oh I know its going to be
so difficult to wait, but be strong, then your brownies won't fall apart!) Makes 12 large or 20
small brownies.
