Double vs triple & gearing...

How about 46/36/24 with 12-18 or 19 - same range, but some overlap swapped
for close ratio everything. (lighter too if you're counting grammes!)

Yes would work but not on my frame with braze on front mech, which
struggled with a 48. Much better with a 50.
