Did anyone ride the Dragon Tour in Bridgend this year ?
I did the ride in September and is was the hardest bike ride i've ever done - It was 90 miles but those hills were really tough. Wales (Brecon Beacons has got some evil hills) I managed it in just over 6 hours.
I'm going to do the Etape next year and was wondering if anyone has completed both before so I could get some idea of the comparison and how much training I need to be doing. I'm expecting the Etape to be even harder !!
