  1. In about a months time, I will be going back to the pool.

    I am looking to do some drills.

    The pool is 25m. I would be doing a workout for about an hour.

    I am looking for drills for each of the IM strokes.

  2. Freestyle

    zip drill - good for the elbow position. Imagine you have a zip
    up the side of your body and each time your arm recovers, zip up
    the side to the arm pits.

    Backstroke

    Catchup - at the recovery phase, the arm held at the 12 o clock
    position until the the other arm gets there before starting its
    pull again. A difficult one to do but great for the leg work.
