There is no 'safest' in Florida... A stop sign here is merely a suggestion; A red light? That means you can squeeze about 4 or 5 more cars through the intersection now. They should remove turn signals from cars here too, as they are never used anyway. All they do is leave more debris on the road when someone rear ends them. Very few people on the roads here have valid licenses, and even more have no car insurance.
It's a great place for a vacation, or to retire!
