I have a pair of old school Duegi cycling shoes that have a single bolt + slot cleat attachment. Is there any way to get Look Delta cleats on these shoes?

Helicoil inserts. I've never used them, but I believe the technique is to select the insert size that matches your bolts, drill holes that match the inserts, tap the holes, and screw in the inserts using an adhesive.

You'll be surprised at how much better fitting the new shoes are. Duegi was like the last gasp for the old Italian (painful) last. But it did have that amazingly stiff hardwood sole.
