A gentleman offered to sell me a pair of Dura Ace Shifters for $20. Yes, it is too good to be true, but he honestly informed me that the right shifter was worn out and only the left shifter still worked. I'm currently using Shimano 105 shifters. So what do you think?

Save your money, especially since only the left shifter works. Buying that shifter won't net you any gain in performance or, really, function.

It's like poker. Let's say a pair of working DA shifters can go for $150. A single one will go for $75 then. You risk $20 to potentially win $75. If you think you will get 1 working shifter for every 4 times you get a toasted shifter you will still break even.:D
