Is the cable hook (the hole into which the gear cable nestles) for Dura Ace 9spd STI levers (right-hand) available as a spare? According to the instructions the unit can be dismantled to this component.

You will need to contact Shimano Customer Service and see if they carry Y-6BD98110 Cable Hook Unit.
If Shimano is organized there like it is in the US: Call Shimano Customer Service for the UK.
You can likely find the number on their website near the top of thei Consumer Warranty Claim Form which is located on their sites under Customer Service.
