Easter Dessert

  1. I made the Fluffy Mint Dessert - recipe posted on 4-4; one of six
    recipes I posted that day.

    It was well received. Progress pictures are on my website. FWIW.

  2. I remember your dilemma of 'what do I serve for dessert'. Glad you
    settled on one. My problem wasn't what to serve but what to serve it
    on. I decided to make a pineapple upside down cake in a large cast
    iron fryer. Cake turned out lovely, however it wasn't until it was done
    that I realized that I didn't have a plate big enough to put it on.
    Ended up going to one of the grocery stores that opened on Easter and
    buying a deli tray to put my cake on. I felt stupid, but that soon
    passed when the cake was hoovered off the plate.
