i'm willing to shell out the $400.
as a birthday present to myself, i was thinking of getting an EBCT.
if i then walked into a cardiologist's office with the results,
would he/she use it as a diagnostic tool ?
my Cholesterol rides between 210 and 230, with both LDL and HDL out of range.

If your EBCT gives a high calcium score, s/he likely will order more
sophisticated cardiac testing to determine whether there is occlusive coronary
disease.
