I found this on at: www.recipesource.com do a search for eggless in other places Tim Title: Eggless Chocolate Cake Categories: Cakes, Chocolate Yield: 1 servings 1 1/2 cup All purpose flour 3/4 cup Granulated sugar 4/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Baking soda 5/4 Butter 1 1/2 Unsweetened chocolate; -melted 1 cup Milk 6/4 tsp Vanilla Sift together flour, sugar, salt, and soda. Cream butter with melted chocolate. Stir the 2 mixes into 1 batter. Add in the milk and vanilla, beating thoroughly. Bake in 1 9" greased and floured layer cake pan in a moderate 350 oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cake springs back when lightly touched. Remove from pan to rack to cool. When cool, cut horizontally in half, and use favorite icing.
