From what ive been reading it seems testosterone plays quiet a large role reducing recovery time mainly i guess by increasing the synthesis of new muscle. Does anyone have any opinions/knowledge on how to elavate testosterone levels without using steroids? Has anyone tried ZMA? What about natural pro hormones like Tribulus Terrestris, is this also frowned upon/illigal in cycling?

I would appreciate views/experience on this issue, thanks.

I use Bravo supplements it has Maca Root Extract and Jathropa to boost my testosterone levels, there's also Enduranz it has Baraba, Got kola and Tongkat Ali. These 2 supplements are good testosterone enhancers. It also enhances virility and male energy.

I'm not a fan of steroids because of the side effects that has been reported in many sections of the medical profession. I always tell people that going the natural way is better, so if there is any natural way that is recommended by any one, I would gladly support and not what we have at this moment on ways to build muscles .

I recommend you to use natural ways only, since pills can harm your health even worse.
When my closest friend performed Testosterone replacement surgery last year, he was suffering from kidney diseases and fatigue. I am 40 now, and I prefer to work hard at the gym in order to boost my testosterone. Along with the help to your muscles, it makes you look better. If you will not drink a particular supplement after the surgery, you may have an obesity, so I am definitely in favor of a balanced diet and rigorous exercise routine.

It seems that it is possible to use just natural hormones. I don't understand how it all works in bicycling, unfortunately. However, I have a friend who does this, and I know that he uses a supplement from rats.army in his diet, which increases his testosterone level. Probably you can do this because I don't think that my friend is a fraudster and it's illegal. In general, it seems to me that if it concerns big sports, then it makes sense to address these issues to specialists

Shedding the additional pounds can aid in increasing testosterone. In the same way, increasing your weight to a healthy level can have a good impact on the hormone in men who are underweight.

My testosterone levels have always been high, and I have never taken any additional supplements to help it. I don’t know why I haven’t ever had any issues with it, but it’s probably because of healthy nutrition and dieting. I don’t eat junk and don’t masturbate too often.
I also take only natural supplements like hydroxytyrosol powder. It’s an olive leaf extract that’s a strong antioxidant and helps me recover faster after exercise sessions. It has many other cool effects; you can look it up online. This powder is a great substitution for the Mediterranean diet.

Traveling from your car isn't an option when you're traveling to a new place. Still, that does not mean you have to use public transportation when you're at the new destination.
This is the reason why car rental agencies were set up in numerous places now. car reimbursement agencies rent buses to people for a certain quantum of time.
