don't take a spare tube, levers, pump and patches your shouldn't be out on the road at all. You just
aren't good enough.

Really, some people. Go and buy a Volvo ;-) ;-)

(ps, I really really hope you realise that was Tongue in Cheek, because I know that someday you'll
pass me on a ride and I'd hate to find a bloke on sunlounger-with-wheels trying to stick a
chainwheel up my a*s*.)

Trundle? My HRM was already past 170 at Stonor and rose to 185 at Cookley Green. It's one for the
personal record books - but not one I aim to crack too often.

Goes to show how unreliable average speed readings are when a few stops are involved. When I arrived
at Witchurch Hill where you peeled off mine reckoned 15.6.
