Most embarrassing situation I've been in on my bike is when I tried to ride while wearing jeans. They ended up splitting at the crotch and the split ripped open pretty far so that a good portion of my underwear was on show. Fortunately I was quite close to home so I cycled along some back roads, some alleys and made it home without anyone seeing me.
