As the winter has arrived, i have been putting in the miles on my bike and visiting the gym regulary . Although my legs,arms are always feeling slightly heavier (sluggish) and tire easier. I have never experiementing with energy drinks.
I am looking for a drink that will aid mucsle recovery and give me more energy.
Does anybody know of any good ones?
