It may well be possible by changing the indexing disc over from left to right. You'd be best posting
in rec.bicycles.tech, where there are lots of campy experts. Alan.

No. Not as they are because amount of cable pulled per click is wrong, and right-hand parts can't be
fitted because orientation would be wrong.~PB
