Ergobrain can't count

    When I shift to the small chainring, my Ergobrain will momentarily indicate that I'm on the 39 ring,
    but then the indicator will shift back to the 52. This seemed to start after I got caught in a
    downpour and had to ride about 10 miles in very wet conditions. What's up? How do I fix it?

    I think you can re-calibrate, it's in the manual. Just run the setup-procedure again.

    Take the head off, use a hairdryer on the innards after you have taken the battery out(careful now,
    don't weant to melt anything) or place the head upside down, battery out in the sun on a window
    ledge for a day..Try to dry out the inside.
