I was going to frame this question much more specifically, but since im interested to see any sort of opinions, I will just say this...

I've just finished a 10mile TT during which my average power was 268 watts, a good bit higher than when I measured under similar conditions last month.
What should I estimate my new threshold power to be?

I'd estimate your functional threshold/maximal steady state power to be around 250 W - but that's just an estimate.

What do you mean by threshold power?

I assume this took about 25 minutes. Some folks say that your result is between 3 and 10 percent higher than threshold power.
