Where can I find a listing of amatuer road races in Great Britain, France, Belgium, etc., as well as how point systems in different levels of racing work? For example, North American racing starts at Category 5 with a minimum of 10 mass starts (or points accumulated from top 10 finishes) before moving up to Cat.4.
