If the FDA does this you now it's bad. They approve a ton of things that shouldn't pass. The Federal Department of AH's. They are the whole arse.

The FDA has all kinds of crazy ideas about safety and what is effective that don't line up with the rest of the world. They allow all kinds of things into the food supply that are pretty alarming under closer scrutiny so I don't really trust them when they claim a medication does or does not work. I haven't heard of this particular drug and I'm not in a hurry to use suppositories to be honest, but I wouldn't be surprised if they are wrong. Keep in mind though that I'm American and we love to distrust government, especially our own.
