The rear is a 6-speed cassette designed for 126mm rear stay spacing. Shimano
600 is the predecessor to Ultegra. High quality hubset.

Note that this hub is a 6-speed unit, but in a 15 minute operation it can be
fitted with a any current Shimano 7, 8 or 9 cassette freehub. The axle (a $3
part) can also be replaced and left-side spacers added to for mountain bikes
or hybrids (130-135mm rear stay spacing).
I will also include at no charge either a 7 speed or an 8/9 speed Shimano
Hyperglide cassette freehub for the conversion. Buyers choice. 8 and 9 speed
freehubs are the same. The freehubs are lightly used and have been flushed
out with solvent and then lubricated. 100% functional. I will also include
at no charge the wider rear axle if you are going to use this hub on a
hybrid or a mountain bike.
