hey there im new here. ive been seriusly wanting to buy myself a bike,duh. anyways my dilema comes from the fact that i race a gravel race, hard pack road stuff. the distance is usually 10 to 15 kilometers mostly real roads and highways. i was going with a general mtb at first until i did further research. i train in the city, pavement and i train on a gravel road. my question is what is the best bike for my needs, ive seen the trek 7300 fx and have seen the cypress lx. im leaning toward the cannondale road warrior 400. can i fit a 700x 35c tire in the cannondale. i need a fast bike plus i want something that can handle a gravel road the roads here arnt the mushy farmroad grade roads either. they are pretty decently packed. thank you guys i hope you can help.
