Favorite trails in Eastern Townships

Hi all!
I wonder were you all ride. Tell me your favorite off-road and blacktop rides. I like Mount Orford for easy riding but there are a multitude of quarries and sand pits in the Sherbrooke area that I love to dig into.

Onroad, offroad in Preservations Park(in Guelph). Although it's forbidden there, nobody cares.
