  1. I am feeling Drowsy all Day. I am underweight, Age 29 Male, IT Professional who does not do any
    Physical Activity...

My LDL and HDL both are Borderline..

Sometimes, When I get up, I suddenly feel that I will fall down. I do have IGA Nephropathy but my BP
is nearly Normal ( Dystolic bit High
    86 )...

I am not able to concentrate... Is this a Cardiac Problem or something else.. Few people in my
family suggested that it could be Inner Ear but my BMI is 17 and Total Cholesterol 206.. Would like
    expert opinion here.

Would suggest you see a board-certified internist for a complete history and physical examination.
S/he should be able to figure our what is the matter with you. I would be concerned about the
"orthostatic hypotension." Given your history of IgA nephropathy, it is unlikely psychosomatic.

    Humbly,

    Andrew

  3. Are you feeling depressed? Your family doc should be informed of your symptons. Do you have an
eating disorder? How recent is the onset of symptons? Depending on the cause of your problem,
exercise may help you. I feel like you do when I'm sick with a cold. Mono is also possible (i've had
    that, too).

Andrew, Thanks for the response... I just want to add that I sometimes file pulsation in ear, head
and also kind of fingers feeling like ants moving on them(blood removed from the fingers)...

Having said so... I wouldlike to know what exactly are the life/health risks in plain terms with
Orthostatic Hypotension ? I would also like to know what tests doctor will do ? Is this something
    realted to Heart ?

    Depends on the underlying cause.

The doctor will likely compare your blood pressure when you are lying down with when your
    are standing.

    Typically not directly.
