recently i have increased my training intensity, i trained 1.5 hours and i still do the same. but i cycled with high rpm, and high resistance combined with 5X5. i know i sweat more which means i lost more water my body..how do i go over this phase of feeling weak, i feel i need more sleep/rest..i had sweet corn, eggs, yogurt the day after and drink lots of water. still feel weak, i think i am out for another 2 days at least if no solution comes in..please tell me what to do best..
