A whopping 4 1/2 miles. Best I could do, I am still fighting whatever nasty virus I came down with last week. Still some icy patches, but it was about 42 at sunset, with thermal mb shorts and a couple of thermal tops it was comfortable riding.

I know the feeling. It got up to a whopping 50 degrees and completely last weekend so I got geared up and went for a ride. Three miles in the bike path is still covered with 4+ inches of snow and ice. That was after I busted my ass on an ice patch a mile prior. My planned 40 mile ride turned into a 6 mile ride and I rode like crap because I'm still recovering from the flu a couple weeks prior.

The roads have been rideable in Central MN for several weeks - I finally took out my new bike last Saturday and treated myself to 70 miles of Hilly St. Croix river valley riding. The bike got dirty so now I have that out of the way.
