I'm a casual cyclist who is looking to get more serious, and I have entered a 25 mile bike ride that is on March 4th. I just got my bike overhauled and everything, but now I'm wondering how to go about training for this ride. It's not a time trial or anything, just a 25 mile ride for charity. Any advice on what I should be doing to prepare for this ride, other than riding every day? All responses will be appreciated! Thanks!
