Just planning to use it for recreation and the occasional commuting around town. I'm looking for something casual to start out, and I have heard that Bianchis are good bicycles. My price range is around $200, so this seems perfect. I will probably want to change the pedals from clip-ons to standard (I assume this is fairly easy and affordable). Are there any specs I should check before buying, or anything I should be cautious of?
Also, this may be a dumb question, but this isn't a fixie bike is it? Any other info about the year etc. would be very helpful as well.
