first week back, 4# down

    Not bad really, as I was not doing strict Atkins-style induction carb levels
    (nursing, so dumping all those fat soluble toxins too quickly is not in
    anyone's best interest here). Basically meat, eggs, green veggies, almonds
    (found Smokehouse Jalapeno and others with negligible additional carbs. A
    little goes a long way with intense flavors!) for those salty-crunchy
    cravings... All the old standbys but I wasn't hyper over ever 1/4 gram like
    I was the last time.
