I've noticed a discrepancy on there. It doesn't always add up the totals
correctly. eg: I have posted 4 items with 1 carb each, but it totals it up
as 3 carbs. I also can't quite figure out how it arrives at the total under
the activities key. But I do like it even so. It helps me keep aware of
everything I put in my mouth! and as Martha would say, That's a good thing!@
LOL (btw I'm down 6 lbs so far) Guess I don't have as much water in me as I
expected. LOL

they are bed-ridden so that not to have fitday over estimate your
calorie-burn due to everyday activity. It's a safeguard. Numbers can lie.
However, just the act of tracking intake and expenditure can help you make
progress, because you're paying attention. When you correlate that with
weightloss, you can make adjustments to get meaningful progress. -
