i want to buy fitness cycle can you guys tell me about which type of fitness cycle, seen some wonderful deals on sprit halloween coupons at much discounted rate but which one is preferred fitness cycle for home or bicycle?

Exercise bikes, stationary bikes, spin bikes etc are often perceived as being massively boring to use. Many end up being used as clothes racks within weeks of purchase.

Yes, And household exercise bike is not a good option. A road bike or mountain bike is in suggestion.

I would highly recommend buying a real bicycle. A stationary bike is no fun and it doesn't really work well to give you meaningful exercise. The best part about cycling is to get outside and explore new routes, climb and descend hills and breathe lots of fresh air. You improve your fitness while you're having fun, not while you're sitting in your house in one spot, turning some cranks with your legs. Get out there and ride, my friend! You may have winter where you live, so get a bike that you can take out in bad weather. Might even want to invest in a set of studded tires. Get a bike like this so you can afford it:

If you have the budget, get a real bike and a bike trainer. With a smart trainer you can connect to the internet and race other people, do training programs or climb mountains.

You use your bike on the trainer and you can also use your bike outside.

Search on smart trainers, Zwift and The Sufferfest for some ideas of what's available.

A choice between a mountain bike and a sports bike for me. Stores have good staff that knows each make and model and its specs but better to research on the best brand that would work for you.

I thought there was more to this post than getting a fitness bike or a real bike, now we know it's just spam.

For a 125-pound individual, stationary biking burns 210 to 315 calories in 30 minutes, and outdoor cycling burns 240 to 495 calories in 30 minutes, depending on speed. I know about the Hiland Hybrid Bike with an aluminum frame, 700c wheels, 38c tires, and 7 gears, As a result, you can tackle long distances with ease. You can use this as a comfortable fitness bike.

I have seen many different types of bikes, including the fitness bike. Hopefully this will give you some ideas as to what I am trying to say.

Of course, a bicycle is a good option. You can travel anywhere with it.

For fitness, I've just finished reviewing the Reid Granite 3 which fits the bill pretty well, as would many other similar bikes.
I've now covered over 2,200km as part of my review (about to do a longer term impressions review). Ive done quite a bit of road, CX'ing as well as Gravel rides on it.
I also did some looking to buya bike as I'm hooked on the off-road stuff (but not MTB'ing).
In looking at the Giant bikes, the Revolt may be better suited to what you are after (the TCX is designed as a CX bike, whilst the Revolt is more of an all-rounder).

Hey, nice to hear about your review on the Reid Granite 3! It's always interesting to see how different bikes perform in different terrains. If you're looking for a bike more suited to off-road riding, the Giant Revolt might be worth considering. Its design focuses on gravel riding, which could be a great option for your interests. Keep up the great work!
