Does anyone know what type of fluid is in fluid style trainers? Yes I opened it up, 
it had been so long since I last used it and I wanted to see if there was any adjustment I could make. Anyway it seemed as though it was silicone, thick yet clear and very slipery after I cleaned it up. Still need to do another wash of the spot so no one slips!
I called Performance bike (the place I bought it from) and they had no info other than it was sealed at the factory!
