My friend is thinking about buying a $3,000 FOES bike for only $500 on ebay. I live in the U.S. and have never heard of or seen this brand of bikes. Are they good? How do they compare to intense?

Foes is an awesome bike manufacturer. Their quality and performance is about at the same level as Intense. They specialize mainly in downhill and freeride type bikes. What model is he looking at?
