Ok this is a poll on what is generally illegel. Well that is except Qld. So do you ride on the footpath or not?

No, firstly it is illegal and secondly there are pedestrians on the footpaths and, in their own way, they are worse than cars.

I also try to avoid shared pathways where possible for the same reason.

May I ask the purpose of all these "polls"? You have posted 3 in the past month alone.
