    Hello,

I just bought a Raleigh Team Frame on ebay w/o fork. It is a newer model w/ Columbus Airplane Tubing
and carbon rear stays. Here is a link to it on the Raleigh web site:

Anyway, my question is this: do I need to take any special consideration when buying a fork for this
bike since it has a Columbus Integrated Headset? I know it requires a 1 1/8" steerer tube and I
would like to find one w/ a carbon steerer. Are there any compatibility issues?

    Thanks.

Yep-gotta have a fork designed to be integrated and also accept the fork crown race that you
    wish to use.

I would think you would do quite well with a Reynolds Ouzo Pro "Integrated" fork that you can
purchase from Colorado Cyclist. On the compatability issue, you may want to check with the
manufacturer what fork rake and span length works best. Reynolds forks come in (I think) 3 different
rakes, 4.0, 4.3, and 4.5mm. Span is measured from the center of the dropout to the bottom of the
fork crown and is otherwise known as the fork's leg length.

    Aloha,

Or any decent bike shop. You make it sound like this fork is only available from this MO place.
