Although I was under the impression they were water-transfer decals, they appear as though they
are rub-on. That is, one peels off the protective cover to expose a layer of adhesive. One applies
it to the surface, thoroughly rubs the back, and carefully peels away the backing.

The correct Reynolds transfers for a 1971 Raleigh Pro would be 'press-a-ply' or' rub-on' transfers.
Clean the surface you'll be mounting it on, hold the transfer firmly in place and burnish the
carrier until the transfer is stuck to the piece. These film transfers are fragile and cracked
easily when they were new and flexible thirty years ago. . .
