Frame painter Dossena Carlo. Anyone heard of him?

Just curious if anyone knows anything about the italian frame painter Dossena Carlo? I know he painted bikes for a Titan company but they are closed and I can't find any info about them either. Thanks, Barb

Hi,

Dossena Carlo painted "varnished" my bike frame...a little sticker on the frame says so... no idea who he is...
