The Chameleon is one strong frame, so I doubt there will be anything wrong with it.

But things to look out for, are bent or warped tubes and any shoddy looking welding that may
indicate its been repaired (although with an alu frame this is unlikely).

Also, make sure the bottom bracket threads are ok, and the headset tube isnt ovalised.

Also, find out the exact sizes of the bb, seat collar and post you will need.

OOI, how old is it? Sounds like a good deal if its not too old.

Thanks for that, I'm not sure how old it is but I'm waiting for the guy to get back to me with the
details. How do i know if the bb threads aren't ok?

If you have a good BB lying around, or can get one for cheap, then try and thread it in. If you can
get both sides on smoothly, and nothing is off-center, then you're probably in good shape. That only
tells you about the threads. The best way to make sure the threads are good is to take the frame to
your LBS and have them "chase and face" the BB shell. That way, you know the threads are good, and
that the BB shell faces are parallel.
