Normally, I sing the praises of Giant any time I can. Nobody IMHO gives you a better bike for
the money.
Now they've gone and put out a new, very nice looking stem on their more economical bikes. The only
problem is the freaky ovoid top cap. Looks nice, and it's Alloy, so there's less chance of pulling
the bolt through it. Problem is: is Giant going to stock those or are folks going to have to replace
their whole stem if there's ever a problem.
Seems to me somebody else did something like this. I'm wanting to think it was Syncros, but I don't
recall now.
