For those looking for an Excel-based cycling log, I have updated my ProLog Cycling to the 2009 year. It is very comprehensive and easy to use. It is available in a free version all year long. You can download the spreadsheet at http://www.ProLogCycling.com .
The spreadsheet was first released last year and has had hundreds of enhancements and changes to it over the year (thanks to the countless amount of feedback).
