I might have missed the joyous annoucement, because I had to invoke my
friend "Mark All Asread" a few times while I was away, but I just got
my GV Great Rides brochure.

"Enter early. Get a free bike. Pay... before 8 July 2005, and you
will recieve a free flat handle touring bicycle".

Nice colour scheme. Orange and purple.

700C alloy rims. Going up a notch!

At least it beats paying real money for the same bike when the weirdos try to
sell them on eBay for more than they're worth after the event. :)

not sure if the y'made' them but they arraned them, apparently...
good deal for them, no doubt. 1000's of sales guaranteed.
And just think of all those LBS's getting servicing/fixing/repalcing bits business. I was real dark on these thing last year but its hard to argue with how many people you see out and about on em, still, and the amount of business they have subsequently given LBS's for bigger-margin accessories

still, that orange/purple. bleeerrrgghhhh! 'brunswick-garage-door' combo
