I would say a gel because it's thinner. The kh freestyle seat looks ugly
to me because its all short and stubby. The gel seat has a handle and
the freestyle one doesn't. I don't think having a handle restricts
anything but not having one might make it more uncomfortable to hold
the front of the seat. I don't do much freestyle but I know thinner
seats are better for mauverablity and stuff like that.

I would go with the gel saddle. I have the regular KH saddle on my
unicycle, and the handle gets in the way for sideways wheel walk and
hopping on the wheel, though not too much, but it helps for lots of
other stuff. I think the thinner saddle would probably be easier to
pull in and out, but I worry that it wouldn't be strong enough for a
lot of sideways wheel walk and side ride. I've heard that the gel
saddle is just as strong as the regular one, though.

clearly the jell saddle is also a great deel more comfortable then the
regular one, for distance riding for example (for those of us crazy
enough to do distance riding on a 20"!)
