The guy opposite the cemetery?????

Cool. I haven't seen him in ages. It's just like
being in a solo break when he's there;)

that's him. used to see him every morning on my commute even when real early and early on Sundays waybackwhen i used to do the much-hated beach Rd. He must be a temp at the aged care hostel down there. alays meant to stop and chat but the losing of momentum toawrds either hill or racing the traffic/trams always sucks me in

Hey, I bunnyhop those too - 3 of them right? One's a depression, the
other 2 are bumps? That old guy is funny - wonder where he's been,
maybe up north during the cold weather or something.

My rudimentary bike skillz are developing a little too - on Gertrude St
Fitzroy, where the tram track is often on the line you want to ride on
- I can now bunny-hop sideways to get from one side to the other!
Cheating by using SPDs of course...

that's them. occured to me that the worst (generally speaking) road surfaces are not road but repairs. generally done by the utilities digging up bits to fixchange pipes, wiring etc. Obviously the 'procedures in place' havent been 'put' to ensure a decent quality of repair.
