If anybody can help me with an evo rev 8 bike computer I would really appreciate it. I bought it for my son's bike which has twenty four inch tires but the computer is set for twenty seven inch. I've lost the instructions and can't figure out how to change the tire size.

This is the problem; I googled and found nothing . I will have to try again with a different key word

I also did a bunch of searches for Evo user support and came up empty. I found Rev8 models for sale ($23 or so), but no manufacturer's website.

Look at the rear of the computer case for the country of origin. You might try a search using the country web identifier.
