Colnago CT1, Lux Titanio, road racing frame set with Colnago Flash fork
and Chris King headset. I am asking $1,000 for this rare, 57-58cm,
frameset in excellent used condition with a few minor scratches. It was
originally purchased in early 2002 and has been in storage for two
years after being lightly ridden for weekend and recreation rides,
approximately 2,000 miles. Colnago Flash fork is 1" threadless and is
in excellent used condition. Chris King headset is installed and also
in excellent condition. This frame was in perfect working order when
put in storage and has been stored indoors, enclosed in bubble wrap,
double boxed.
This frame consists of a 6/4 titanium front triangle using custom
oversized tubes, and a lightweight carbon fiber rear triangle. Features
include two water bottle bosses, integral front der. hanger, forward
mounted down tube cable stops, and Colnago seat post clamp. Original
paint scheme is black with orange and blue/grey highlights and retains
it luster. Pictures available upon request.
Geometry: The following figures were recently borrowed from
www.colnago.com as I am told Colnago uses the same geometry in its
current model as this CT1. My measurements were close and so I present
those from Colnago: top tube length: 57.7cm, seat tube length: c-c
57.1cm (60cm from center bottom bracket to clamp), Bottom bracket: 26.6
clearance, seat tube angle: 73 deg., head tube length: 17.3cm.
