The genuine, original, first generation Merlin NEWSBOY frame, size Large, purchased new as a
complete bike for nearly $4000.00 in 1995. This is when Rob Vandermark was still working at Merlin -
his signature decal is on the left rear chainstay. This all Ti frame is in excellent condition with
some decal damage. Purchase includes original Rock Shox Ti air/oil front shock, Wilderness Trail
Bikes rollercam rear brake (mounted under the chainstays, behind the bottom bracket), and wheels
with 7 speed Deore LX rear hub and Mavic 217 rims.
