these chainsets enable road bikes to be fitted with lower gears without going the heavier ,
unsightly & more inefficient triple chainset route. Chainset uses the 110bcd pattern so even lower
inner rings can be fitted.
To my knowledge few compact road chainsets of this quality are available from Europe, obviously
Taiwanese gear is freely available but would you put that on your C50.
Ratio is 50/36 (NB: 50t x 11t is still a 122 inch gear). Choice of 170 &
172.5mm length. Stealth black finish. Included is a beautifully smooth & light 102mm bottom bracket
with standard BSC British threads.
