Rare Mavic square taper cartridge bottom bracket, to fit frame chamfered for such. Spindle length is
114+/-1 mm (hard to measure any more accurately), for Mavic road double cranks. Perfect for somebody
wanting to keep their Lemond-era retro ride going for a few more years. This b.b. was used briefly
in a Monark ergometer, but wouldn't stay tight - the cups of the Monark have therefore worn grooves
into the b.b. housing, but this is cosmetic damage only that won't be visible when the b.b. is in a
bike. There's also a slight 'knock' in the sealed bearings when you turn the spindle by hand, but
this can't be felt or heard when the b.b. is in a bike. $20 plus $5 shipping.
