Fuji 2010 Nevada 4.0 or Giant Boulder SE witch one i shall to buy???

hello
i have only one question.
witch bike shall i buy??? a 2010 Fuji Nevada 04 or 2010 Giant Boulder SE ??
price for Giant is about 70$ cheaper and im wondering WHY?because when i comparing their components both are almost the same!!!even Giant have better shock i guess
any help?? witch one of them are better???

Fuji lists its low to moderately priced bikes with absurdly high MSRPs so its dealers can advertise deep discounts. Equipment-wise, these bikes are pretty comparable to a Trek 3700, which, in my opinion, has a nicer frame. I would save the $70 and buy the Giant or go looking at Trek 3700s.
